Never mind, I just watched it and was just about sobbing at the end. Seeing Wilson cry was so so sad, and it just made me cry as well. I always cry when main characters in movies/shows/books start crying, because it's just that much more sad.

And I was really scared that House would end up being in a coma and that would be the season's cliffhanger, but I'm glad they woke him up, even if Wilson is pissed at him.
