Am I the only one who doesn't like messy triangles? I like it when things are clear cut and simple. Like in MI, it was totally clear by the first book that Clary was going to choose Jace, no matter what. When she tried to date Simon I was just annoyed.

Well I like and dislike love triangles, it really depends on the competition if the love rival is likeable then I can accept it but if it's someone I totally dislike then I can't take it...so I'm in the middle? XD lol but yes when Clary dated Simon...that pissed me off too, it was too random I think.

I only like love triangles when they make the story exciting. But sometimes love stories dont need a love triangle to make it awesome for instance malec and clace! Whereas for bella and edward they definetly needed a jacob to shake things up for sure... but yeah love triangles aernt always necessary they are just fun to read

Agreed! Jacob brought some interest in Eclipse! He was a serious love rival...which I did infact like...you can't blame the guy for trying his best if you're so angry for him breaking up (or trying to) Edward/Bella then that's your damn problem! I think everyone needed Jake in there, otherwise it'd be them just saying so mushy crap to each other the whole book!

Amen sistahs! I was so hoping that Edward would rip Bella to shreds, then he could have been happy with-- Er, hmm..... Oh, well, I guess then he and Jake could give in and have the hot hate sex you soooo know they wanted to have. Very Happy
