I think Clary sees Luke as her father and hopefully in the end Jocelyn and Luke can live happily ever after together ....i know awwww lol.

At the beginning of City of Bones when hes was all, "Clary I've told you, I'm not your father. Go away." I hated him and thought he was a jerk. I actually thought that he would turn out to be the evil mastermind. But when I found out that he was lying and he told his story, I decided that he is awesome. I really do feel bad about him being in love with Jocelyn.

I have a question about Luke... In City of Ashes, Clary talks to Luke about him being in love with Jocelyn, etc, but she recalls asking her mother why she didn't date. But weren't Jocelyn and Luke pretending to be dating or something, since Clary was about two or something?

No. Becuase the old witch says "...then she can get her boyrfiend to do this..." And Clary says "Luke isn't my mothers boyfriend.

I think not only Clary, but Jace as well sees him as a father figure. And If jace doesn't I wish he did. Luke is great and I do sorta like him. I like him as a father towards Jace. I think that is really cute.

Luke's the man though, no lie, if Jocelyn doesn't figure that out then she is stupid for marrying Valentine and missing out on Luke.

Aw, I love Luke, really. All he's been through, it must be horrible. He reminds me of Remus Lupin. Not because he's a werewolf, but because of his caring nature towards the kids and his attitude, and his poor unrequited love for Jocelyn (didn't Lupin love Lily too? o: ) - but we hope that it shall be unrequited no more, in CoG. Or if he can't be with Jocelyn, he should at least be able to find love, like Simon has.

Lucian (Luke is like a downgrade on his awesome name) is the coolest werewolf ever! He totally rules the pack and so he should! Plus he's a kind and sweet father to Clary, I love their little fluffy moments Smile
