The MTV movie awards are next week I think and the scene will be before and will be online later that night. They haven't said what scene it is going to be yet.

I'm not going to lie, I am not so psyched about the movie.... it troubles me deeply and I don't think they can get it right.

Actually from what I see I'm saddly disappointed. I HATE INTERPRETATION!!!!! So different from the visions in my head... I'd boycott but my friend is making me go.

I couldn't be any more disappointed unless they tried to make The Mortal Instruments into a movie... AH! Talk about a bad idea.

I'm kinda excited for it. I was WAY worried before, but now that I'm seeing stuff, I think it will be mostly okay. The only thing that will make me angry will be walking out of the theater and hearing all the girls saying, "Omg, I freaking lovelovelove Edward! I am SO gonna read the books now."

I cannot wait for the movie but there are bits I don't like for example the clip at the MTV Movies awards when Edward jumps on James and Bella is all 'gasp-y' with her hand on her mouth. Like wdf? Edward just jumped on James she sould be happy...

Megs has schooled me on this stuff - since she is going to be like the most awesomest film editor ever some day - and I understand all of your concerns.

I just see it like this - the movies are NEVER dead on with the books. That's why they are called adaptions, I mean honestly Twilight would be a boring movie if they did everything word for word. I mean really go back and reread the book and tell me that wouldn't be VERY boring and dragging if they did that in a movie.

Because if you read it in action terms, not a whole lot really happens in the book. So they had to change some things and make it a little more faced paced. I'm happy for more people to be interested in the books, I mean thats just that many more people that I can talk to about Twilight.

Plus I know plenty of HP fans who have never read the books - some people just don't like to read - I can't hold that against them. But I can use the movies as a tool to try to get them interested in the books, and the more fans the better. At least thats my view on it *shrugs*

I don't really mind more people reading them... Actually I am getting my brother to read them and I hate sharing stuff with him... The more the merrrier... I can say 'I like it before the movie... I was right on how amazing these books were!'

And I know the movie won't be like the book. I just hope they don't go and change a lot of stuff....

I seriously didn't like the MTV clip. I was really dissapointed. I just.... really didn't like it. And also the teaser Trailer.... okay yeah, it wasn't that bad... and I did do a silent fangirl scream but..... Edward hunting a dear? And the wholoe begining "how old are you" eh. Didin't like.

Seiously? I really hated Robert when they said he was Edward in December. I only started to like him in February when we got to see pictures, ad interviews. Now, hoooo myyy goooshhh. I love him. No joke. Jasper..... Ahh Jackson Rathbone..... When they relesed those pics where the Cullens looked like they were competeing for America's next top model..... I was SO iffy on Jasper. But when they finally fixed his hai I grew to love. ^_^

Emmet, Kellen Lutz, I was iffy at the start with the "near-baldness" But once again I grew to love. Though much much much quicker than Jackson.

Alice, Ashley Green I loved from the start. It was seriously instant love. I didn't care if she was too tall, she was adorable!

Carlisle [Peter] and Esme [Elizabeth] I didn't like and STILL don't like. But to be honest... I really don't care. They are far from my favourite so I really don't mind that much that Carlisle looks 40 and Esme..... ehhhhh.....

Oh my dear Rosalie..... "The essence of beauty" was deffinitely not what I wold have picked to describe Nikky Reed. But after watching the movie "13" [Nikky co-stared in it] I descovered that although the girl is majorly not photogenic I realized that she really is gorgeous on screen. And beides, of what we hear her in interviews she sounds like a total sweetheart. I love her. Razz

So... I am really on a love/hate relationship with the movie. But whatever, I will definitely go see it the day it comes out. Even if I have to buy tickets a month beforehand. pirat
