Oh, so many times have I wished to escape my horrible life and live as one of my favourite characters!

And my parents/siblings wonder why I read so much...

(I have read around 29/30 books and have 2 others from the library to read)

Books are the escapism of our generation, trust me. I've used them to escape some shithole situations, let me tell you. And nothing works better.

But I would give it up in a heartbeat if there were a books vs tv fight

Tell me about it. That's why I have read 30 books so far this year. Ranging from 300 pages to 700 pages.

Yes!! I love Shakespear! Midnight Summer Dream, full of faeries and magic (there is a play of it that I am going to see!). Romeo and Juliet, telling the tale of a fobiddon love ending in tragity. Hamlet, Ceaser, so many I could name...

just realised i spelt it wrong up there ^^ then again i spell things wrong all the time lol.
i am yet to read hamlet and caesar but i do have them on one of my many book shelves lol.

Lol. I wish I had a bookshelf that would be able to fit all my books in it. So that you can see all of the books, not one row behind the other.
