(This is an extremely short mini-fic I wrote on a whim, using Sebastian(whom we dont know anything about), Clary, and Jace. Enjoy!)


"Come on," Clary pleaded. Sebastian didn't move. He had a big grin plastered on his face. "Sebastian, I need to talk to Jace."

Sebastian just leaned against the wall, cocking his head slightly.

"What is it you need to talk to your brother about?"

Clary felt a pang in her chest as he put emphasis on brother.

"I need to ask him a question. Please?"

Sebastian just shook his head.

"I would you knew," he said casually, "That Jace doesn't want any visitors right now."

"And why is that?" Clary halfheartedly demanded.

"Who ever knows why Jace goes into his angst ridden mood swings?" Clary was silent.

"Besides," Sebastian continued. He leaned in closer to whisper in Clary's ear. "You're his sister remember?"

Clary looked up and glared at him in her red headed fury. Obviously, she wasn't getting past Sebastian. Turning around, she took one step to walk back down the hallway. Before she realized what was happening, she felt Sebastian grab her arm and turn her around, cupping her face with one hand. Then he leaned in, and then he was kissing her. Surprised, Clary was frozen for a moment. Then she realized, she was actually enjoying herself. Kissing Sebastian was different than kissing Jace. Kissing Jace was more of a fiery passion. With Sebastian, it was like relief from all the stress she had on her shoulders. Almost automatically, their kiss deepened, and she felt his hands on the small of her waist, as she put hers on his neck.

Sebastian opened his eyes to see right behind Clary. Jace was standing right down the hall, with an angry look on his face. Sebastian had no regrets.
