These podcasts are so much fun to listen to, I can't imagine how much fun you guys have recording them. Once again another fun and interesting podcast with many, MANY, parts that I had to laugh at.

As I recall, you asked in this podcast if there was anyone out there who secretly wanted Simon and Jace together...

Well, here I am!!!

Yep, that's right, Jace and Simon!

Why do I feel this way? Well, it all started in COA when Jace let Simon drink his blood to save his life. And Simon pinned Jace down because he was all blood crazy at the moment, and, of course, Jace was not strong enough to fight off a vampire. Yes, it was then that I thought...now that is SEXY. What a great couple!

I don't know why, but that scene, with the life and death intensity, was HOT!!!

Hmm... I myself cannot see Jace/Simon, but I admit that whole part in the book where Jace was "Drink my blood!" and Simon was all " Yes!"... Yeah that part was pretty hott! I do like the idea of Mike/Jacob... My friend and I actually wondered a few months ago if male werewolves could imprint on other males... I wouldn't mind Mike/Jacob cause then it would let Bella and Edward live happily ever after! XP

Yay! New best friends are always fun!

But yes... It is clearly meant to be... Jacob and Mike are like... Meant for each other!

Finally, I've gotten around to listening to your guys's 3rd episode.
Okay, first things first:

LOVED THE TORCHWOOD REFERENCE! LONG LIVE JANTO!

Now, moving on to more substantial discussion. Oh who am I kidding, I'm just going to fangirl for the next few minutes or so. The whole Jace/Simon thing. I enjoy it, I do. I'm pretty much for it, but I do have to say that I'm definitely a Jace/Clary girl at heart (I enjoy getting my heart broken by various parings that don't work out).

I loved how you guys brought up trust with the author. I'm a very trusting person, so basically when anything painful happens to a character I love by an author that I adore I'm never prepared for it (i.e. Fred... let's not talk about it). Speaking of Joss Whedon, Firefly anyone? Talk about cutting one off at the knees... Anyways, back to the trust issue. As much as I hate it when author's cut you off at the knees, sometimes it just has to happen. They're telling a story, and not all stories are happy endings. So, yes, an author may build up something only to have it come crumbling down, but sometimes it's necessary. Sometimes characters we love don't make it to the next book/movie/episode. It just is.

BTW, I loved your incest cheer. Growing up in Seattle I've never encountered that little ditty before. Had me in a fit of giggles.

I definitely agree that Isabelle is a hard character to get to know, and probably one of the characters that fascinates me most. I've even written some fan fiction to get attempt to get to know her better but alas, she still remains a mystery to me. I'd love to get some more back story into her.

Now, the whole love thing, I think that the Seelie Queen really said it best when she says, "Desire is not always lessened by disgust." Jace and Clary met as teenagers, they didn't grow up with each other, and unfortunately (for them, not so much for our sick pleasures) they've fallen for each other hard. I think they've attempted to shut their feelings off so to speak, but that just really isn't possible.

Anyways, great show, looking forward for next week. I mentioned it in the questions section of the forum in more detail, but I think you guys should discuss Sebastian a bit. Looking forward to it.
