Advanced Reader Copies?

Does anyone else have an ARC copy of City of Glass? I work in a library and recently a lady came around with a bunch of books for the library staff to look over and I scored an ARC copy of City of Glass.

Am I the only one or are there more of you out there? :-/ I'd love to have someone to discuss with after!

Nope! I was so shocked when I saw it. My mouth dropped open and I sort of stared for a moment. I'll have to take a picture of it after but god! I was so so shocked.

You are one lucky son of a B. You know that? But personally, I don't I'd like to have been in your situation. Partially because it wouldnt feel real to me, and partially because I would have no one to talk to.

So did you like it? Was it good? Did it meet what you wanted it to meet? Did you cry? Did you laugh? Did you feel like destroying the book at one point?

I'm only about 90 pages in so far but it's so very good right now. I've just been so busy! All of my friends seem to have December birthdays and I am the desginated baker. haha.

I think it will be fantastic. Right from the start there was a big BOOM of excitement. I'm really excited to get through it the rest of the way.

This is only the second or third time it's ever happened in ours but this lady comes around with all these books to advertise. She's got a name but I can't remember ... I'll ask the head librarian when I'm at work monday Smile

haha cool. yea, i've only been working at mine for a little over a year so maybe it's happened before and i just wasn't there. but man you are SO lucky Very Happy
